Industrial HSE Solutions Sdn. Bhd. (herein known as IHSES) is a newly established company with a pool of experienced personnel in oil and gas, especially Health, Safety and Environment, energetic, enthusiastic and always seeing HSE holistically. Currently holding a Master Subcontractor Agreement (MSA) with with Scientige Sdn. Bhd. (A wholly owned company by Bureau Veritas Malaysia) to supply Subject Matter Experts (SME) within Oil and Gas Industries for (not limited to) Assurance, Site Verification, HSE related studies, etc. We were also appointed as Malaysian Distributor for AE brand gas detectors, check it for more information on Products tab. IHSES has also presence in Timor Leste via our mutual partner of Safety Management Consultancy (SMC) of Dili.

Holds a Diploma and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering in 1999 and 2002 respectively. He has working experience of more than 20 years in Operation and Occupational Safety, Process Safety Management and focusing on Safe System of Work, Assurance exercises within Oil and Gas industry including ISO 45001, Incident Investigation and Emergency Services. Throughout his career, he had served multiple big organizations such as PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. – Peninsular Malaysia Operations/Corporate HSE/Sabah Operations (Malaysia, Oil and Gas), Qatar Petroleum (Qatar, Refinery) and Sadara Chemical Company (Jubail, Saudi Arabia, an ARAMCO Petrochemical Company). Multiple International Certifications (CMIOSH, CSP and IDIP) and local Certifications (Certified HRDCorp and NIOSH-TTT) helped administering the knowledge application. With a focus to have a safe operation especially in upstream and downstream industries, objective to strengthen and integrate legislations and standards into current operation become primary interest. An absolute dream to create a better and safer working environment for everyone.

Mohamad Nazir Ramlan
Project Manager
Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science in 1999 and working experience of more than 20 years in environmental management has equipped him with a solid understanding of environmental principles, regulations, and best practices. Throughout his career, he had serviced with diverse organizations i.e. Department of Environment (DOE), PETRONAS Carigali Sdn. Bhd. – Corporate HSE/Sabah Operations and various environmental consultancy firms. With a focus on sustainability, he is proficient at assessing and mitigating environmental related risks, developing strategies for environmental management, conducting environmental audits, inspections and ensuring compliance with applicable Environmental laws and regulations. Additionally, his area of expertise includes conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), developing environmental standards, manuals and procedures, preparing for ISO14001 certification and implementing sustainable practices.

Abd. Razi Saidin
Environmental Advisor
Holds a Diploma in Industrial Chemistry MARA Institute of Technology and working experience of more than 40 years mainly in both Environmental Management and Emergency Response Services. Throughout his career, he had serviced with diverse organizations i.e. Departnent of Environment (DOE), PETRONAS Holdings (E&P Sector, PETRONAS East Coast Regional Office and PETRONAS Fire Services Unit) and PETRONAS subsidiaries (PETRONAS Maritime Services Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS Property Services Sdn Bhd, PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd-Peninsular Malaysia Operations), BHP Billiton (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd, Technip-FMC (PETRONAS RAPID Project) and RS Ultimate Pristine (RSUP) his own Environmental Consultancy Company. His area of expertise includes conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Environmental Monitoring, Scheduled Wastes Management, Oil Spill Response Management, Environmental Auditing including ISO 14001, Soil Erosion Control and Management, developing environmental standards, manuals and procedures (Environmental Management Plan, Oil Spill Contingency Plan, Mutual Aid Response Plan). He has vast experiences in project management in construction of big scale PETRONAS projects (construction of PETRONAS fire services station, PETRONAS fire training ground and facilities, Onshore Gas Terminal(OGT) waste water treatment plant, upgrading and RAPID Project). With his matured experiences mainly on environmental fields throughout the years, he surely would provide priceless environmental and emergency response constructive advices.
